Energetika Slovensko, a.s. (E.SK) is an energy company established on July 1, 2025, through the merger of two stable Slovak energy suppliers – ZSE Energia, a.s. and Východoslovenská energetika a.s. – both with a century-long tradition.

The merged company, under the new trade name Energetika Slovensko, a.s. (E.SK), will operate on the market under both the ZSE andVSE brands, which customers already know. This way, they can continue to rely on the stability and security of supply that these brands provide. 

The core activity of E.SK is the purchase of electricity and gas from producers and their sale to approximately 1.3 million customers across Slovakia – including households, businesses, organizations, as well as large and key customers.  

The company's mission is to trade electricity and gas throughout Slovakia and to provide related services in a long-term, reliable manner, at reasonable prices, in an environmentally friendly way, and in accordance with the rules of the European Union. In addition to supplying electricity, gas, and related services, we offer our customers new products and solutions that help them save money, enhance the safety of their property and health, and improve their personal comfort. 

Energetika Slovensko, a.s. (E.SK) is a 100% subsidiary joint-stock company of Západoslovenská energetika, a.s.
